02 Services & preferred payouts

Select all services you can deliver. Enter your requested payout per job, excluding VAT. Final fees will be agreed with the LPC team before approval.

03 Postcode district coverage

Enter the postcode districts where you want to work, separated by commas or new lines. For example: UB6, UB7, SW1A, SW1, SW10, SW19. Enter districts only, not full postcodes or broad areas such as SW.

04 Supporting documents

Upload a clear PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB per file. These are LPC onboarding requirements; our team will check that the evidence is appropriate for your selected services.

LPC requires public liability and professional indemnity evidence for the services offered. Scheme-provided cover is accepted where its scope is sufficient.

05 Submit for review

Approval is subject to document checks and agreed service fees. Submitting does not guarantee work. Payouts for eligible completed jobs are processed on the last day of each month.

Your assessor ID is issued after approval.
